Corporate Monday which used to be practised every Monday was discontinued in May 2007 due to certain reasons. The management, however, still strictly retained the requirement that all students should be properly attired whenever they are in the college premise irrespective of whether they are attending classes or otherwise. Centre for Student Development (CSD) has also emphasized this numerous times over the past years providing samples and guidelines of proper attire (DRESS CODE), being put up in notice boards and corridor walls.
Despite these attempts, it is still noted that there are students who come to class or to the college premise dressing as they please; ignoring the DRESS CODE requirements altogether. It has also been noted that students were more alert on the way they dress up when Corporate Monday was still enforced. With these in mind, and after a lengthy deliberation, the management has decided that CORPORATE MONDAY will be reinstated.
This is an advance notification to ALL STUDENTS that CORPORATE MONDAY will be reinstated effective January 2010 semester or as soon as we move to the new campus in Jalan Bundusan. Failing to adhere to the requirements will render students penalty.
If you are unsure about the Dress Code requirement of the college, please visit Centre for Student Development (CSD) or see any of the MPM committee members
Please be informed accordingly.
